Jackie Lin

Biography

Jackie Lin, is a certified public accountant and a member of California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She obtained her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Southern California. Jackie joined the Mandelbaum & Associates team in 2007 and has been involved intensively in business accounting. She has experience in many areas of income taxation including corporations, S-corps, limited liability companies, partnerships and individuals.

Prior to joining Mandelbaum & Associates, Jackie worked in a public accounting firm where she enhanced many of her accounting skills which include: bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax returns and income tax returns for various business entities.

Specialties

•  Prepare federal and multi-states tax returns for various types of clients
• Assist with research and planning according to current tax laws and evaluate the tax impact of current and proposed company activities and transactions
• Prepare special estimates relating to the tax effects to investors of project dispositions such as 1031 like-kind exchanges and other special analysis related to investor services
• Compile and analyze financial and accounting information for tax implications
• Provide acquisition accounting
• IRS and state tax authorities representation
